This line, taken from the documentation for Class::Tiny, sums up one facet of CPAN perfectly!
I looked for something like it on CPAN, but after checking a dozen class creators I realized I could implement it exactly how I wanted faster than I could search CPAN for something merely sufficient.
Perl's whipupitude is much better than the tools we currently have for finding potentially relevant modules on CPAN.
I wonder if HTTP::Tiny might now return objects instead of hashrefs? Probably not, but I can dream.
